This document answers questions related to registration on this website.
Register to Start Using the Website
Note: You must be a subscriber to the Spring and Fall editions of Delaware Laws Governing Business Entities in order to gain access to this site. You are entitled to a single-user account for each set you have purchased.
In order to activate your account and set up your e-mail address and password, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the following link: http://cscde.lexisnexis.com/registration.aspx
Step 2: In the box labeled "Account Number" please enter the unique account number that is found on your invoice for Delaware Laws Governing Business Entities (the Ship To Account Number).
Step 3: In the box labeled "Product ID" please enter 25410 and hit "Continue".
Step 4: Follow the registration instructions on your screen to start using the website!
If you have questions or need assistance accessing the website, please send an e-mail to cscpublications@lexisnexis.com with "Delaware Business Entity Law Website" in the subject line. Please include your customer account number (from your invoice) in the e-mail.
Sign In to the Site
You may sign into the site on the home page: http://cscde.lexisnexis.com
Along the right-hand side of the page, fill in your e-mail address and password in the designated text boxes, and click on the "Login" button beneath the password text box.
You will need to sign in each time you visit the site, in order to receive access to the available resources.
You also may need to sign in again if your connection to the site remains idle for more than 30 minutes.
Sign Out of the Site
You may sign out of the site at any time by clicking on "Logout" on the menu bar near the top of every page on the site.
You also may be automatically logged out of the site if your connection to the site remains idle for more than 30 minutes.
